This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Within one month of the date of this permission a block plan of the application site at a scale of 1:200 (or other scale to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority) shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority in a form that is acceptable to it showing the site layout, including the mobile home, utility building, ancillary outbuildings and parking/turning provision. Thereafter the mobile home, utility buildings, ancillary outbuildings and parking/turning provision shall remain laid out in accordance with the block plan as approved.

    Reason - To define the permission.

  2. The mobile home hereby permitted shall be occupied solely by Mr Patrick Raymond Fitton and Mrs Deanne Rose Fitton. Should Mr Patrick Raymond Fitton and Mrs Deanne Rose Fitton cease to live in the mobile home, the mobile home, the utility buildings and ancillary outbuildings shall be removed from the application site and the area shown edged blue on the location plan accompanying the planning application immediately.

    Reason - The proposal is approved solely on the grounds of the special circumstance attached to the case.

  3. The mobile home hereby permitted shall be occupied solely in connection with the business operating in the buildings adjoining the application site trading as Bull Motif Morris Minor Spares Ltd. Should the business cease to trade, relocate elsewhere or cease to be operated by Mr Patrick Raymond Fitton and Mrs Deanne Rose Fitton or a member of their immediate family, the mobile home shall be removed from the application site and the area shown edged blue on the location plan accompanying the planning application within three months of the date of the business ceasing, relocating or ceasing to be operated by Mr Patrick Raymond Fitton and Mrs Deanne Rose Fitton or a member of their immediate family.

    Reason - The proposal is approved solely on the grounds of the special circumstances attached to the case.

  4. No additional outbuildings or utility buildings shall be erected on the application site or the rear shown edged blue on the location plan accompanying the planning application without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority to an application on that behalf.

    Reason - To preserve the visual amenities of the locality in accordance with policy GD2 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  5. Within three months of the date of this permission details of the means of disposal of surface and foul water drainage from the application site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The surface and foul water drainage shall be installed and retained in accordance with such approval.

    Reason - To ensure that satisfactory means of drainage is always available to serve the development.
