This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. Prior to the any works to the roof hereby approved, details and/or samples of any replacement roof slates shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory in accordance with South Worcestershire Development Plan Policy 6 and 24

  3. Notwithstanding the detail provided, no new boundary treatment shall be erected attached to any of the buildings until details of such boundary features (walls etc) have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Any boundary feature erected and attached to the listed buildings shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To protect and enhance the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site in accordance with South Worcestershire Development Plan Policies 6 and 24

  4. Prior to their installation, details of any windows to be inserted as part of the works hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory in accordance with South Worcestershire Development Plan Policy 6 and 24

  5. Prior to their installation, details of any doors to be provided as part of the works hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The works hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory in accordance with South Worcestershire Development Plan Policy 6 and 24

  6. Prior to their installation, detailed drawings of the rooflight(s) to be inserted as part of the work hereby approved, showing design, materials and profile shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The rooflights shall be fitted so they are flush with the outer plane of the roof slope. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with South Worcestershire Development Plan Policies 6 and 24

  7. No development shall take place until a programme of archaeological works, including a Written Scheme of Investigation, has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in writing. The scheme shall include an assessment of significance and research questions; and:

    a) The programme and methodology of site investigation and recording. b) The programme for post investigation assessment. c) Provision to be made for analysis of the site investigation and recording. d) Provision to be made for publication and dissemination of the analysis and records of the site investigation e) Provision to be made for archive deposition of the analysis and records of the site investigation f) Nomination of a competent person or persons/organisation to undertake the works set out within the Written Scheme of Investigation.

    The development shall not be occupied until the site investigation and post investigation assessment has been completed in accordance with the programme set out in the Written Scheme of Investigation above and the provision made for analysis, publication and dissemination of results and archive deposition has been secured.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Policies 24 and paragraph 141 of the National Planning Policy Framework.

  8. Unless where required/allowed by other conditions attached to this permission, the development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
