Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.


Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents –

Reason: To define the permission.


Before related works are carried out at 19 Cowl Street as part of the works hereby approved, o building operations hereby permitted the following details should be submitted and approve by the local planning authority. The details to be submitted shall include:-

- A detailed method statement explaining how the proposed works will be carried out, joinery details to be used, how historic infill panel will be stabilised, repaired.
- Mix details of any wattle and Daub/ lime plaster to be used in the repair of the historic infill panels.

The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.


‘The site investigation and post investigation assessment shall be completed within 12 months of the approval of the planning application. The archaeological works shall be in accordance with the programme set out in the previously approved Written Scheme of Investigation and the provision made for analysis, publication and dissemination of results and archive deposition has been secured.

Reason: In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 205 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012 (as amended) and SWDP 6 & 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.’


Before installation at 19 Cowl Street as part of the application hereby approved, the following details should be submitted

- Details of the proposed paint/ lime wash finish to be used. This should be based on the results of the paint analysis carried out on site.

Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
