The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
With the technical details consent stage (Stage 2), the Applicants attention should be drawn to Manual for Streets and the Worcestershire Streetscape Design Guide for access, parking.
