Heritage Statement . Reason: To define the permission.
The existing natural slates are to be removed with care to enable reuse where possible. Any replacement natural slate must match the existing natural slate in terms of dimensions, thickness, texture and colour.
Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations set out in the Updated Bat Survey report carried out by Cotswold Wildlife Surveys dated 15 May 2023 and submitted with this application. In particular: -the recommendations set out in 4. Conclusions and Recommendations.
Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
