Prior to their related works being carried out as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:-

- A precise specification of the proposed external render or plaster
- Render mix/ colour details
- Details of new Cowl/ chimney pot
- Schedule of work/ method statement for the repair of infill panels affected by the timber framing conservation works.

The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved.
Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.


Prior to their installation as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:-

- A schedule of works and related plans showing where heating, plumbing and electrics will be installed and how historic fabric will be retained, preserved and enhanced

The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved.

Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.


Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations.
