Prior to its/their installation as part of the development hereby approved, details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority:
- sample of external paint colour
The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.


Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.


The advertisement(s) hereby approved shall be retained for a limited period only until the 01 January 2034 on or before which date the advertisement(s) shall be removed and the use of the site for the display of advertisement(s) discontinued.
