Within two months of the date of the grant of this permission, an ecological mitigation and enhancement scheme shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The scheme shall be based on the recommendations contained within the Ecological Survey by Chris Seabridge and Associates Ltd dated January 2024 and shall include an implementation timetable. The works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details and timetable and retained/maintained thereafter.
