The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To define the permission.
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
The Development hereby approved shall not be brought into use until the access, parking and turning facilities have been provided as shown on Drawing Number J008587-11.
REASON: To ensure conformity with summited details.
The Development hereby approved shall not be brought into use until the first 5 metres of the access into the development, measured from the edge of the carriageway, has been surfaced in a bound material.
REASON: In the interests of highway safety.
The development hereby approved shall be used for the storage of agricultural machinery only and for no other purpose, including any other purpose in Class B, Class E or Sui Generis of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended), or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification.
REASON: In the interests of highway safety and to protect neighbouring amenity from inappropriate commercial uses.
Positive and Proactive Statement. No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations. No amendments or alterations were therefore required and no further positive or proactive action was deemed necessary.
The applicant must be aware of their obligations towards the public right of way as follows:
- The Public safety of those using the right of way must be ensured at all times.
- There must be no diminution in the width of the rights of way available for use by the public.
- Building materials must not be stored on the rights of way.
