The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the Drainage Statement prepared by Glanville Consultants Ltd, dated 22/03/2024, approved by the Local Planning Authority on the 17th May 2024 under application W/24/00610/CCO. The approved drainage measures shall be implemented in full prior to the first use of the development and shall be retained and maintained thereafter.
