Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents –

Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.


Within 3 months of the grant of this consent, a schedule of landscape maintenance in perpetuity shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The schedule shall include details of the arrangements for its implementation, long-term design objectives, management responsibilities and maintenance schedules for all landscape areas including boundary treatments (excluding domestic gardens). The approved landscape maintenance schedule shall be fully implemented. Reason - To ensure the proposed development does not have an adverse effect on the character and appearance of the area in accordance with policies SWDP21 and SWDP25 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the aims and objectives of the Framework.


The development hereby permitted shall only operate between the hours of 06:00 - 13:00, every Wednesday only from 1st April - 31st October inclusive.

Reason: To define the permission, preserve the amenities of the locality and ensure the development does not conflict with the primary use of the site in accordance with policy SWDP 21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the aims and objectives of the Framework.

In dealing with this application, the Council has worked with the applicant in the following ways:

Evesham footpath EV-530 is affected by this application. The applicant must be aware of their obligations as follows:

No disturbance of, or change to, the surface of the path or part thereof should be carried out without written consent (this includes laying concrete, tarmac or similar). No diminution in the width of the right of way available for use by the public. Buildings materials must not be stored on the right of way, Vehicle movements and parking to be arranged so as not to unreasonably interfere with the public's use of the right of way. No additional barriers are placed across the right of way. The safety of the public using the right of way is to be ensured at all times.

Where possible, the definitive line of public rights of way should be kept open and available for use. However, if Public Safety demands a temporary closure, application should be made at least 8 weeks in advance to: The Public Rights of Way Mapping Team at
[email protected]. Obstructing a Public Right of Way without a formal closure constitutes an offence under the Highways Act 1980.
