Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended) the development hereby approved shall only be used privately by the occupiers of Tower View Farm and shall not be used for any non-incidental trade, business or commercial enterprise whatsoever.

Reason: To ensure the local road network can accommodate the type and volume of traffic generated from the development safely and to safeguard the amenities of the locality in accordance with policies SWDP4 and SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development
Plan.
