Unless where required or allowed by other conditions attached to this permission/consent, the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the information (including details on the proposed materials) provided on the application form and the following plans/drawings/documents –

Reason: To define the permission.
Within one month of the date of this permission the reconstruction of the first 6 metres of the vehicular access measured from the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway, Bretforton Road B4035 into the site entrance shall be carried out. Details of its completion shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing within one month of completion of the reconstruction works.
Reason: To ensure that an appropriate vehicular access point is provided with the scheme in the interests of highway safety in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the adopted South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016)
Within one month of the date of this permission the shared driveway, turning areas and parking spaces shown on the approved plan shall be fully consolidated, surfaced, drained and otherwise constructed in accordance with the approved details to allow for fully laid out car parking. These areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those users at all times.
