The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To define the permission in accordance with Policy SWDP1 and SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.


The premises at 18 Vine Street shall be used only for purposes falling within Use Classes E(a) (display or retail sale of goods, other than hot food), E(c) (provision of financial, professional or other appropriate services in a commercial, business or service locality), E(e) (provision of medical or health services), or E(g)(i) (offices to carry out any operational or administrative functions) as defined by the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended), or in any provision equivalent to those Classes in any statutory instrument revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification.

Reason: To ensure that the premises remain in a use appropriate to a town centre location which contributes to the vitality and viability of Evesham Town Centre, while safeguarding the amenities of the locality, in accordance with Policy SWDP2 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the relevant aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.

No problems have arisen in dealing with this application. The planning application sought an acceptable form of development consistent with the requirements of relevant policies and material considerations.
